Service Description

This service are for athletes that's preparing for a race and want to maximise their performance and recovery leading up the race and on race day. This includes the following: 1. Initial 60min consultation and evaluation online which includes goal setting. 2. Fortnightly check-in online (15 min). 3. Individualised nutrition plan delivered within 2-3 days and updated every fortnight. 4. Race day nutrition plan 5. Supplement guide Minimum period of 12 weeks at $85 per week & 2 weeks cancellation notice period.
