The world we live in today is unfortunately full of people living with chronic diseases and of which are on the rise. Cardiovascular disease and diabetes is rapidly increasing and is one of the leading causes of mortality. Signs and symptoms normally show at a later stage of life, 50+ years (sometimes mid to late 40's). However, these signs and symptoms is a result of bad eating habits and lifestyle choices made in youth years. It's not too late to take care of your health and reduce your risk of chronic disease. Prevention is better than cure/manage and can be achieved by following a heart healthy diet and having an active lifestyle. Have you had a recent blood test and some of the markers were out of range? It is important to ensure that all markers are within the reference range. This includes the following: 1. Initial 60 min consultation online which includes goal setting, nutrition and supplement review. 2. Analysis of blood test results (results should not be older than 1 month). 3. Individualised nutrition plan delivered within 2-3 days. 4. Fortnightly check-in online (15 min) to monitor progress, update nutrition plan - every 4 weeks, and manage any barriers encountered. 5. Ongoing messaging support as needed. 6. Review of blood results after 2-3 months. 7. Supplement advice - Discounted supplements by Nuzest and FxMed* 16-week minimum & 2 weeks cancellation notice period. * Supplements are only recommended if the Nutritionist deems it necessary (supplements are incurred at the client's expense)
